Q. How can I pay for my equipment?

A. Windan accepts T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C , Visa, MasterCard, Western Union. All prices are in U.S. dollars. 

Q. How do I get my equipment off the truck?

A. The spray booth need at lease two people unload the equipment by themselves, require a fork lift, cherry picker or roll back truck.

Q. Is installation included in the price of quotation?

A. No. We can send all of user manual to you.Customer can according it to installation.

Q. Can supply installation the spray booth?

A. Yes, We have a team can installation all over the world.

Q. Can I have my own size to make the spray paint booth?

A. Yes. Windan can according your request to make the specification to you.

Q. How many type of basement installation?

A. We have 5 types of basement installation. 1. standard one, with the basement and ramp outside. 2. basement sink to the floor, without ramp. 3. With basement and ramp inside the booth. 4. Without basement, without ramp, two pit exhaust air. 5. Without basement, without ramp, without pit, exhaust air from the wall panels. 

Q. Can I have generator on the left side?

A. Windan standard spray booth is on the right side. (face the spray booth's maindoor). It's possible to have generator on the left side, right size and rear side. 

Q. What should I prepare before installation spray booth?

A. 1. Make sure the local volt. 2. Make sure have enough space to installation spray booth. 

Q. Can I installing spray booth in outside?

A. Yes. But it's better to make the roof cover it.

Q. How many container need for loading three units of standard spray booth?

A. Standard spray booth one 20 feet container loading one unit.  40GP container loading two units. 40HQ container loading three units.

Q. Can I use gas burner replace of diesel burner?

A. All of standard model is diesel burner. It's possible to change gas burner.

Q. Can I change the wall panel's colour?

A. Yes. We have blue, white, orange and grey colour optional.

Q. Will your Equipment run on Single-Phase Power?

A. Most of our motors come standard with a 3-phase motor. We do have the upgrade option to a Single-Phase Motor available for most of our products online, if you do not see it, feel free to call us about the possibility of adding it to your equipment

Q. How are the Booths Shipped, and How long will it take to get it?
A. We have various models in stock, and those can ship within 24 hours of placing your order, any customization will likely result in a bit of a delay on shipping. Booths that are NOT in stock normally take 1-6 weeks to ship depending if custom engineering has to be done. 

Q.Do I need a ForkLift to Receive my Booth?

A. Forklift is heavily recommended. If you cannot get one then a wrecker will work as well. If you cannot get either, you can break open the crates in the truck and unload the panels one at a time. You will need to make arrangements with the delivery driver if this is the case. Let us know and we can assist you in coordinating with the trucking company.

 

Q. How long should it take me to assemble my Booth?

 A. The Automotive Booths can take a crew of 3 people 2-3 Days to Setup and Install.  Smaller and simpler ones take less, and some can take more time if they are larger.  You should hire licensed contractors to do all the Electrical and Exhaust Duct Work.

Q. Does Your Equipment Come With a Warranty?

A. Absolutely! All Our Equipment and Parts come with a 1 Year Warranty from Manufacturer.
